  • What time does the charter bus leave Atlanta? We are planning to leave at 8am sharp, I would be at location 20 minutes before departure.

    Can I drive separately instead of taking the bus? Of course! You don’t have to ride the bus, please be aware there is a daily parking fee for vehicles at the resort.

    How much luggage are we allowed to bring? We ask that you have one suitcase for under the bus per person and a carry on.

    Will there be a restroom on board? Yes

    Will there be wifi on board? Yes

  • What time is check in/ check out? Check in is at 3pm / Check out is at 11am

    What time is breakfast daily, and how much is it? Breakfast begins everyday at 6:30am and is $25 per person

    Will the hotel require a incidental hold upon check in? Yes when you check in you will be charged the full amount for your stay and an additional $75 dollars per night. This will be refunded during check out, unless you charge anything to your room.

  • Which parks are we visiting? We will be going to Epcot and Magic Kingdom

    Are park tickets included? Packages include park tickets, but do not include food, drinks, or lighting lanes

    What should I bring with me to the park? It’s summer time in Florida, so I suggest bringing a neck fan, water bottle, sunglasses, a lite back pack, comfortable shoes for walking, and your magic band.

    When will we purchase lightening lanes and how much are they? Lightening lanes will be purchased at 7am, 3 days before we arrive. The prices vary between $25 to $40 dollars per person.

    Can we bring water and snacks into the park? Yes you can

  • When is our deposit due? Deposits are due on July 15, 2026.

    When our payments due? Payments for the trip are due the 15th of every month until May 15th.

    Are payments refundable? Disney will refund all of your money as long as its 60 days before your departure date.

Comfortable shoes are HIGHLY recommended. We will be doing a lot of walking, and what is on your feet will make a big difference in how your feet feel throughout the day.

Florida weather changes very quickly, one minute it can be sunny and the next a rain shower for a couple minutes. Disney World sells ponchos in all their shops in the park for about $15, or you can bring your own.

Portable chargers are a MUST, if you want to keep your phone going all day. On park days we will start in the morning and leave at night, and your phone will drain itself throughout the day.

Staying hydrated in the Florida sun is important, make sure to bring water with you.
